Paul Mustow CEng MICE
Paul Mustow is a Chartered Civil Engineer and major programme leader with over 30 years’ experience in both public and private sectors, with 10 years in the Civil Service. Paul has extensive experience in environment, infrastructure, and estates delivering complex major projects and programmes from strategy and planning to construction and operation. He has led capital programme delivery at the Environment Agency and, as Programme Director for the Free Schools Programme at the DfE, national school building programmes. Paul now serves as Joint Senior Responsible Owner for the New Hospital Programme. In this role Paul is responsible for overseeing the programme, governance and assurance to drive delivery to time, cost and quality. This includes integrating performance and benefits, reporting to strengthen decision making and scrutinising and assuring commercial, technical and industrialisation strategies.
