Chris started his career after graduation in 1991 as a Property Fund Manager with Royal London before specialising in Development and with a particular focus on urban regeneration across all market sectors in the UK. Chris has provided Development Management and Development Consultancy services for both the public and private sectors and has diverse skills across a number of disciplines including fund and asset management, property investment and development, business start up and growth. Chris has a proven track record of working with local authorities, NGO’s and regeneration agencies to deliver successful regeneration led projects.
