Tudor Jones
Tudor is an Associate Director with a national role as Head of Planning Strategy at Stride Treglown. He specialises in urban regeneration and complex mixed use projects for both the private and public sector. He spent the first part of his career in London, working on a range of residential led mixed use schemes, before relocating to Bristol in 2018 – although frequently frequents the capital! Having spent half his time working in major real estate companies, and the other half in design led practices – he is a commercial and creative consultant who effects change. Recently he has been instrumental in working with a number of Welsh Local Authorities attempting to unlock development and investment opportunities through Placemaking Plans. He is a Chartered Town Planner who is involved in strategic advice, feasibility appraisals, planning guidance and masterplans, placemaking, urbanism, community engagement, and planning applications.
