Karen Tait-Lane is a seasoned public sector leader with over 25 years of experience spanning local government, education, and housing associations. Originally qualified as an architect, Karen has led teams in asset management, quality assurance, housing regeneration, as well as supporting organisations with major business transformation and improvement programmes, including organisational restructures and operational efficiency initiatives.
Karen has recently been delivering the advanced Deep Dive courses, on behalf of the Cabinet Office, on the Procurement Act 2023,
Her interests include procurement transformation, category management, risk and compliance, social housing and driving social value and ESG outcomes through strategic procurement.
