Fani Kostourou

Fani Kostourou is Senior Urban Data Analyst at HLM Architects, developing digital tools for masterplanning and strategic design. She holds a PhD in urban morphology and computation, having studied architecture, urban design, and spatial analytics in Athens, Zurich, and London. Her experience includes roles at AIT Austrian Institute of Technology, Grimshaw Architects, and Theatrum Mundi, where she was Associate Director for EU. Passionate about evidence-based design, citizen science, housing, and urban cultures, she publishes widely through different affiliations and collaborations. A Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, she has taught at several European institutions and currently is an Associate Lecturer at UAL’s MA Cities course.
