Daniel Reynolds

Daniel leads the Fellowship Square programme at Waltham Forest Council. The multi-phase programme has delivered the full refurbishment of the Grade II listed Town Hall and Assembly Hall including the creation of Fellowship Square featuring the largest fountain in the country. The successful delivery of Phase 1 has reactivated and breathed new life into a formerly underused site for the entire borough, creating a cultural destination attracting thousands of visitors every year. Phase 2 is well underway delivering a mixed use, residential led scheme creating a brand new neighbourhood with 433 new homes alongside a new Civic building, commercial space and extensive public realm. Prior to joining Waltham Forest Council, Daniel worked for the LGA and Cabinet Office delivering the One Public Estate programme along with previous private sector roles.
