Good Estate Management – Agile Estates for a Changing World

12 Jun 2025
Beveridge Hall
This session explores the complex and rapidly evolving landscape facing the public sector today. From the Civil Service’s “Plan for Change” and the continued shift from Whitehall to the regions, to broader trends in devolution and local government reform, organisations are being asked to adapt at pace. Add to this the growing revenue pressures, shifts in working patterns post-pandemic, the changing expectations of employees and service users, and the urgency of the energy transition, and it’s clear that public sector estates are under unprecedented strain. What comes next is uncertain, but what’s clear is that we need to create agile, responsive estates that can evolve with the demands of the future.
