What are the challenges and opportunities arising from new Government legislation on Public Sector Estates?

This session will cover critical challenges and opportunities arising from new government legislation such as the Procurement Act and Building Safety Act, with a predominantly Health and Education Sector bias due to the strength and experience of the panellists. There will be an opportunity for audience participation towards the end of the assembly.
